     5.1  Disclaimer of Warranties. Off Leash gives no warranties in respect of any aspect of the website, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing this Agreement, disclaims all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and merchantability. The website is provided on an “as-is” basis.

     5.2  Limitations ofLiability. Except as required by law, neither Off Leash, nor its affiliates, shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly to your use of the website, or aspect related thereto, or in connection with this Agreement.

6.   Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the federal laws of the United States of America applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision, principle, or rule (whether of the laws of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction) and notwithstanding your domicile, residence, or physical location. The parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia and/or the Federal Courts of United States of America. A party that substantially prevails in an action brought under this Agreement is entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

7.   Changes to this Agreement. If we update this Agreement, we will notify you by posting new terms of use on this page and providing any additional notice required by applicable law. Your continued use of this website is implied consent to any such changes to this Agreement. 

8.   Severability. If, at any time, any of the provisions set forth in this Agreement are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, then those provisions shall be deemed void and shall be removed from this Agreement. All other provisions shall not be affected by any such removal and the remainder of this Agreement shall still be considered valid.
