Preparing to visit

What are the vaccination requirements to enter the dog park?

The safety of our guests is our #1 priority. All dogs must be current on DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies and Leptospirosis. If your dog has never had the Leptospirosis vaccine, they’ll need the initial shot as well as the booster to be considered fully vaccinated. If your dog has DHLPP or DA2PP-L, please note the Leptospirosis vaccine is not required as a separate vaccine.  All vaccine documentation must be provided to be admitted into the park.

How old do dogs need to be to visit? Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered to enter the dog park area?

While we don’t have age restrictions at Off Leash, all dogs must be spayed or neutered and current on all vaccinations to enter the park.

Do I have to be a member or pay an entry fee if I am coming to Off Leash without a dog?

There’s never a fee to spend the day with us without a pup. However, a day pass or membership is required if entering the park with a dog.

Where do I park?

Our Alpharetta location offers convenient, on-site parking. Our Decatur location has limited on-site parking, although there is public garage directly across the street, as well as street parking throughout the downtown area.

Are children allowed at Off Leash?

Play at Off Leash is not limited to the pups; kids are also welcome to join us in the park. Prior to entering the park, we’ll just need for the child’s guardian to sign a waiver at the check-in gate.

  • Please note, kids may not climb on play equipment, run in the park, or tease/taunt dogs.
  • All kids 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult; kids 8 and under must be in the IMMEDIATE PHYSICAL PRESENCE of a parent or guardian.
  • Strollers are prohibited inside the park because they pose a risk to pups at play. However, strollers are welcome in our restaurant, as well as on our covered patio.

Can we bring dog toys?

For the safety of our guests, we don’t allow any outside toys to be brought into the park (children’s toys included).

How many dogs can a member bring into the park at one time?

We ask that no more than 3 dogs are brought into the park at a time by a single guest.

You've Arrived

Where am I allowed to eat? Is drinking allowed?

While drinking is permitted throughout our facility, we ask that you don’t bring food (treats included!) into the off-leash dog park. When you are ready for a bite to eat, join us on our all-season, dog-friendly patio and, if visiting without your pup, you’re welcome to dine in our fabulous indoor restaurant space.

Are the dogs supervised while in the park?

Our professionally trained Dogtenders expertly supervise pups at play and ensure our park is clean as a whistle, but we ask that all pup parents keep an eye on their dog(s) at all times.

Is there an indoor off-leash play area?

Our Alpharetta location features a large indoor off-leash area, allowing for play time all the time, no matter the weather. Our Decatur location does not have an indoor park, but our covered patio is still a great way to get out with your pups to enjoy a meal and drinks!

What if my dog behaves aggressively in the park?

Our expert Dogtenders are trained to watch for behaviors that could pose a danger to our guests. If they deem behavior to be aggressive, or could escalate to become aggression, we may ask you to give your dog a break or remove your dog from the park.
